Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Products must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
    • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards
    • Items marked as "Final Sale"
    • Personal care items for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@lunalane.store with your order number and reason for the return. Include any relevant images if the item was damaged or defective.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will respond with return instructions, including the address for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@lunalane.store within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product at no cost and offer you a replacement or full refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@lunalane.store.
